Welcome to CaLUCKthenics! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CaLUCKthenics mobile application (“App”) developed by Mocodo LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

CaLUCKthenics is a fitness app designed to help users perform randomized body-weight workouts. It provides exercise suggestions, timers, and basic tracking tools, but does not offer medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice.

All content provided in CaLUCKthenics is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You may stop using the App at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
