Privacy Policy for Zabaan Sambhal Ke

1. Our commitment

Zabaan Sambhal Ke is a fully offline party game. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. All game data stays on your device unless you choose to export it.

2. Data stored only on your device

The App saves a small amount of information locally so the game can work:

Team names you type – held in temporary memory during a match so they can appear on screen.
Custom decks and cards you create with the Card Editor – saved in your local documents folder. If your device syncs that folder to a cloud service, the copy is under your control.
Game settings (turn time, skip rules, language) – saved in a local preference file so the App can load your favorite setup next time.
Purchase flag for the Card Editor – stored in an encrypted key-value file so the feature stays unlocked.

The App never sends this information to any Mocodo LLC server because we do not run any servers for the App.

3. Information we never collect

Name, email address, phone number, age, or location
Contacts, photos, calendar events, microphone or camera data
Advertising identifiers or analytics about how you use the App
Cloud backups, unless you manually export a deck file and upload it yourself

4. In-App Purchase

A single one-time purchase unlocks the Card Editor.

Payment is processed only by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Mocodo LLC receives an anonymous confirmation token and no payment details.

5. Sharing and third-party access

Because we do not collect data, we have nothing to share with advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third party. If you export a deck file, it remains entirely under your control.

6. Data security

All data remains inside the App sandbox on your device.
Deleting the App through your device settings removes all locally stored data.
Protecting the device itself (for example with a passcode or biometric lock) is your responsibility.

7. Children’s privacy

We knowingly collect no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe personal information has been collected, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the update inside the App and on our website. Your continued use of Zabaan Sambhal Ke after an update means you accept the revised policy.
